Students work in a variety of areas with professional engineers and journeymen in our plant who expose them to all facets of manufacturing problem-solving and equipment design and fabrication. Students leave the company with on-the-job skills and a good appreciation of real-world manufacturing challenges.
"We strongly believe in encouraging kids to explore the skilled trades and the array of exciting career opportunities available to them," says Richard Ward, CEO of Pure Ingenuity. "I'm happy to say that more than a few of the students we've taken in are now valued employees of the company."
